1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Regular Milk
1 Egg
1 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 T. Oil for skillet

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl place cornmeal, flour and salt. Add without stirring buttermilk, milk, egg, baking powder, soda and vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly. Use 1 T. oil to grease a cast iron skillet and heat. Pour batter in hot skillet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
