1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1 can Niblets corn
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can pureed tomatoes
Salt, pepper, chili powder and hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Brown the hamburger and onion in a frying pan. Drain excess grease. Put all ingredients in soup pot and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve with grated cheddar cheese on top.
