1 10 inch baked pie crust
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 T. cornstarch
1 small box strawberry Jello
1 quart sliced fresh strawberries.
Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced strawberries in bottom of baked pie crust. In a saucepan, add sugar, water and cornstarch whisking over medium heat until it is thickened. Add box of Jello, mixing well. Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
