3 c cooked rice
1 lb round steak (beef or venison)
1 T paprika
2 T butter
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c beef broth
1 c sliced green onions
2 green peppers-cut in strips
2 T corn starch
1/4 c each water and soy sauce
2 large fresh tomatoes cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak 1/4 inch thick and sprinkle with paprika-let stand
Brown meat in butter, add garlic and broth. cover and simmer 30 min. Stir in onions and green peppers. Cover and cook 5 min. Blend corn starch, water and soy sauce. Stir into meat. Cook and stir 2 min. add tomatoes and serve over rice.
