8 med potatoes, boil in skin just until tender
1/4 c melted butter
1/3 c chopped green onions
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16oz carton sour cream
1/2 c corn flake crumbs

Topping: 1 T melted butter and 1/2 c corn flake crumbs

Cool potatoes, peel and grade coarsely. Mix together butter, green onions, cheddar cheese, chicken soup and sour cream. Fold in potatoes and top with above topping. Pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake 350º for 30 minutes
