1 large head of cabbage chopped
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1tsp mustard seed or dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar,vinegar, salt, mustard seed and celery seed. Pour over chopped cabbage. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next am add onion, celery and green pepper. Mix and refrigerate at least 1/2 a day. This will keep in refrigerator for weeks and not lose its color and stay crisp
