Ingredients:  
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2. t cornstarch
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. white pepper
1 quart milk, heated
1 quart chicken stock heated
3/4 c. cooked, pureed carrots
3/4 c. cooked, pureed celery
1 c. sharp cheddar (good quality or you need more)
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter.
Add broth through white pepper. Cook 10 minutes more.
Add pureed veggies to milk & chicken stock. Add everything together. Add the cheese JUST before serving, with heat off so it doesn't curdle.
