1 egg
1 C sugar
1 C sour cream
1 1/2 C flour with 1 tsp soda
2 C rhubarb, finely chopped

Topping:
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; pour into cake pan and sprinkle with brown sugar & cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes.
