1 batch cornbread-cake pan size
3 bunches green onions chopped
1/2 onion
1 whole bunch celery chopped
1qt. broth
6 or 7 eggs
4 or 5 slices bread-toasted not browned, crumbled
1/2 stick butter
9 plain biscuits, crumbled-biscuits may be used instead of bread
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables in butter and small amount of broth.
Mix all together- it will be soupy looking. Bake at 350º until done.
