6-8 slices of bread,
2 pkgs Morning Star Sausage Patties -original, browned and drained
2 c. cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear 3-4 slices of bread. Remove the crust and layer bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
2. Spread 1/2 of sausage and 1/2 of cheese on top of the bread.
3. Repeat, bread, sausage,and cheese.
4. Mix egg and salt and pepper, milk. Pour over layers
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. In the morning, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
7. Bake uncovered @ 350 ºF. for 45 minutes.
