2 regular 9" frozen unbaked pie crusts (not deep dish!)
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa plus 1 tablespoon
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend sugar and cocoa, add melted butter, salt and vanilla. Add eggs and evaporated milk and then stir in the pecans. Pour half of mixture into each of the pie shells. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until done. (which is when it starts to crack on top) Makes 2 of the best pies you ever baked!!!! Very quick and easy pie to make.

These pies are the best!! If you need to take a crowd pleaser to a party, these are the ticket! Bake just before leaving for the party, because they're really good about 30 minutes to an hour after baking!
