2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting

4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup Crisco
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter(softened)
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

In first bowl, mix together the five dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix mayonnaise, water, and vanilla until lumps are gone and then blend together with the dry ingredients.
Pour into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes

Frosting
Cook flour and milk over medium low heat until thick, stirring constantly with whisk. Set aside to cool.
Beat butter, Crisco, sugar for 4 minutes on high. Mix in cooled flour paste, powdered sugar and vanilla. Keep cake covered in the refrigerator.
