1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage links
6 (16 oz.) cans of beans (baked, kidney or great northern)
2 large onions (minced or chopped)
2 large green peppers (optional)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Cut sausage into bite size pieces, brown in skillet, drain off fat and place in slow cooker. Drain beans and add to cooker with the rest of the ingredients, stir. Cook on high until bubbly, reduce heat to low. Cook 6-8 hours. Spoon off excess liquid before serving. Enjoy!
