3 Tangerines (Oranges) peeled and separated
1 1/2 c. Tangerine(Orange) Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp. Garlic
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Place Juice, Sugar and Chili in sauce pan, bring to a boil over high heat. When Juice has reduced by half, turn heat down to low and quickly whisk in Butter, Salt, Garlic and a pinch of Pepper. Remove from heat and stir in segments.
