1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can (1 quart) petite diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 heavy pinch garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
black pepper to taste
1 tsp. Chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Using large skillet or dutch oven, start browning ground beef with garlic powder. When the meat turns color, add the onions so they will be limp and translucent about the time the meat is browned. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes and cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans, salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook on stove top for 15 minutes.
