1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup water
2 lbs. sirloin or flank steak
1 red, green, orange bell pepper (sliced thin)
1 sweet onion (sliced thin)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy, honey, Worcestershire, garlic, ginger, and water in a bowl
place in sauce and refrigerate overnight or a few hours
Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin slices
Drain meat and slice steak into thin strips
Heat skillet, add drained meat and onion, peppers and reserved marinade if needed
Serve with warm tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lettuce and tomato
