1 15oz. can pumpkin
1 14oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 prepared pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth
Pour into prepared pie crust
Bake 15 minutes at 425º
Reduce over temperature to 350º and continue to bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch comes out clean
cool
