olive oil
8 oz. button mushrooms
1 sweet onion (chopped)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 box chicken broth
2-4 oz. marsala wine
2 oz. white wine
1/2 quart heavy cream
1 lb. rigatoni pasta
fresh basil
2 tblsp parmesan cheese, grated
fresh parsley (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add mushrooms, onion, garlic, brown lightly
add chicken, salt and pepper to taste
brown chicken for a few minutes
Add chicken broth, marsala and white wine, cook until reduced by half
Add cream and bring to a boil
turn down to a simmer
While that is cooking, boil the rigatoni pasta al dente, drain
Add rigatoni to chicken mixture and add basil and parmesan cheese
you can add more marsala if needed for stronger taste
Place in large pasta bowl and top with fresh parsley and more cheese, serve
