Ingredients:  
1 Jimmy Dean Sage and Maple Sausage tubes
8 oz. trinity mix (onions, peppers, celery)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 large granny smith apple (cubed)
1 14oz. can chicken broth (approx)
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped)
1 box of stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread per box directions, this can be done the night before
Preheat oven to 450º
Brown trinity mix with olive oil until translucent
add 1/2 of each sausage tube, cooking well done
turn off heat,set aside
Prepare stove top stuffing per box directions, remove from heat
add crumbled cornbread to stuffing mix
add sausage trinity mix to stuffing, cornbread mix
add the chicken broth to make mixture texture
add cranberries, apples, and nuts
spray a casserole pan and put the stuffing in the pan to bake
