2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 cup whole milk
2 eggs (separated)
4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1/2 stick of butter

Frosting:
Chocolate or Cream Cheese either store bought or home made (see additional recipe)

Preheat oven 350
Grease and flour cake pan
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda set aside
separate eggs and keep whites for later in recipe
combine egg yolks with 1 cup of whole milk
set aside
Heat 1 cup of whole milk, with butter, and chocolate squares, stirring until all chocolate as melted, let cool
Beat egg whites until fluffy, set aside
Combine flour and sugar mixture with egg and milk mixture, blend well
add cooled chocolate mixture
FOLD beaten egg whites into mixture
Pour into prepared pan and tap on counter slightly
Cook 30 minutes
