Ingredients: Hamburger 1 small sweet onion (chopped) 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots 1 small can of mushrooms or fresh (drained or chopped if fresh) Yukon Gold potatoes Milk or ½ and ½ for mashed potatoes 1 stick of real butter (salted) Worchester sauce Brown gravy or shepherds pie mix (Colemans) Cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:1. boil potatoes until tender and drain 2. add butter and milk to potatoes to make mashed 3. pour frozen veggies into a colander to defrost with running warm water, drain 4. crumble and cook hamburger with chopped onion and drain 5. add Worchester sauce 6. add mushrooms 7. if using store bought jar gravy add to hamburger now, if using a mix add now to hamburger per package instructions 8. spray a large cooking pan 9. spread hamburger mixture in bottom of pan 10. top with veggies 11. top with mashed potatoes, spread evenly over 12. top with cheddar cheese 13. bake at 350 for 30 minutes |
