• 1 sweet onion (chopped)
• Fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
• Italian bread crumbs
• Hamburger
• Olive oil
• Carrot sticks
• Celery (chopped)
• Garlic
• Italian seasoning
• 2 cans of chick peas (drained)
• 3 ½ cups of chicken broth
• 1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:

1. Make mini meatballs using hamburger, chopped onion, chopped parsley, and Italian bread crumbs (Or you can use store bought meatballs, I like Publix meat market type)
2. Brown meatballs in olive oil
3. Add chopped celery, carrot sticks, and garlic
4. add Italian seasoning
5. let onion brown over the high heat
6. add broth
7. add chick peas and tomatoes
8. cook soup for at least another hour
