• 1 cup of diced carrots
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 sweet onion (chopped)
• Olive oil
• Fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 stalks celery (chopped)
• 2 diced potatoes
• ½ cup chopped zucchini
• ½ fresh green beans
• ½ can of kidney beans (drained)
• ½ can cannellini beans (drained)
• Small can of chick peas (drained)
• 1 cup of Savoy cabbage
• 3 ½ cups of chicken broth
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 oz. of prosciutto ham
• 2 oz Romano cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook prosciutto ham in olive oil in deep soup pan
2. add celery, onion, garlic, green beans, cabbage, zucchini, parsley, Italian seasoning, carrots
3. add chicken stock and bay leaf
4. add tomatoes and beans
5. let cook for at least 1 hour
6. remove bay leaf before serving
7. serve with fresh grated Romano cheese
