• Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
• Frozen hash brown potatoes
• Dozen medium eggs
• 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
• Sour dough muffins (cut into small pieces)
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 small onion chopped
• Mushrooms
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Italian seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
1. brown the hash browns and set aside
2. brown maple sausage with chopped onion, drain, set aside
3. beat dozen eggs in a large bowl
4. add milk
5. add cubed English muffins
6. add dry mustard
7. spray a cooking dish
8. spread hash browns in bottom of pan
9. top with sausage egg mixture
10. top with mushrooms
11. pour milk egg mixture over top
12. top with cheddar cheese
13. cover with wrap touching the ingredients overnight
14. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 or until set
15. slice in bite size brownie pieces
