¼ CUP FLOUR
½ TSP SALT
1/8 TSP PEPPER
1/8 TSP PAPRIKA
2 CUPS MILK
4 TO 6 HARD-COOKED EGGS, COARSELY CHOPPED OR SLICED

MELT BUTTER OR MARG.; ADD FLOUR AND SEASONINGS.
BLEND WELL AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL BUBBLY.
ADD COLD MILK ALL AT ONCE AND COOK, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICKENED. ADD EGGS TO SAUCE. HEAT TO SERVING TEMPERATURE.
SERVE OVER TOAST OR BAKING POWDER BISCUITS.
YOU CAN ADD DRIED CHIPPED BEEF OR DICED HAM TO THE CREAM SAUCE ALSO.
