Three cups sliced cooked yellow squash (can mix in zucchini or pattypan squash)
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pepper (optional)
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
8 ounces stuffing mix
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain squash. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Add onion, pepper, sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar, and 1/2 of the butter stuffing mix. Pour squash mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour and spread soup over the top and sprinkle the remaining butter stuffing mix on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
Add cheese and bake another 10 minutes and serve.
