1 12-oz Pkg Cranberries - *see Note
1 10-oz Pkg Sweet Cherries, Frozen
2 Pears, peeled and cubed
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Pinch Ground Nutmeg
1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and bring mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring often to prevent sticking. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until fruit is tender and the relish has thickened, 40 to 45 minutes; let cool. Make about 3-1/2 cups.

*Note: Cranberries can be either fresh or frozen, or substitute 1-1/2 cups of dried cranberries (Craisins) in place of the fresh or frozen ones.
