1 Large Cucumber
1 Package Cream Cheese
Garlic Salt to Taste
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumber and shred
Drain excess juice
Mash up Cream Cheese with a fork and add to cucumber about a 1/4 of the block at a time.
Stir and continue mashing until smooth
Add garlic salt to taste and a pinch of paprika
