1 #2 can Pineapple chunks
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling
1 lb. pkg. dried apricots
1 lb. pkg. dried pitted prunes
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/4 to 1/2 cup bourbon
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Drain the can of pineapple chunks, reserving liquid and add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Then combine everything and place in a 2 qt. Pyrex© bowl and bake for 1 hour. Serve warm.
