6 oz. pkg. wild rice mix,
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 c. chicken cooked and cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion,
5 oz.can water chestnuts
small can mushrooms, drained
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chicken broth
Topping:
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread stuffing, dry mix
1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Cook rice per pkg directions. Blend in soup and next 6 ingredients; mix gently. Add broth and mix. Spread in a 13x9x2 inch dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.(May be made ahead, frozen, thawed, and baked.
