Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks

Topping:
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. white corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted peanuts (without skins)

Mix crust ingredients together, by hand. Don't use a mixer. Press into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Immediately sprinkle 4 c. miniature marshmallows over crust. Return to oven and bake a couple minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed up. Heat the rest of the topping mixture and add the Rice Krispies & peanuts. Pour over the salted nut roll & let cool. Cut the bars and then keep refrigerated. Set out of frig. a little awhile before serving. I like them cold, they are chewier!
