1 16oz frozen broccoli or fresh,
2 c. Half and half,
1 c. Diced velveeta cheese,
2 c. Chicken broth,
2 cans of creme of potato soup,

Directions:
Boil broccoli and broth for 8 min. Covered. Add half and half and potato soup. Stir. Add cheese and melt in soup. Cook on low, stirring occasionally until soup thickens and serve.
