1/4 C. of Flour
4 teaspoon of Salt
4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 - 8 oz containers of shucked oysters
1 quart of milk
4 cups of heavy cream OR whole milk
3 tablespoons of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, blend flour, salt, Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 cup of water, add oysters and their liquid over low heat, simmer, stirring 10 minutes or until the oysters edges curl.

Add remaining ingredients; over medium heat, heat until almost boiling; remove from heat. Cover; let stand 10 minutes to mellow the flavor.

Don Brownell used to make this every Christmas Eve...he made it a tradition. It is great served with oyster crackers and a little tobasco.
