Ingredients:  
2 to 15 jalapeņos (depending on spiciness and tolerance of jalapeņos)
2 yellow onions (medium)
1 tomato (medium - add more to balance the spiciness)
6 tomatillos (small green tomatoes)
5 cloves of garlic
Cilantro - about 2 tablespoons chopped.
About 2 tablespoons of salt
One large pot for boiling
One blender

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Put onions, garlic, and jalapeņos in the pot with enough water to cover them.
2.) Bring the pot to a boil, then lower heat to medium.
3.) Boil for about 10 minutes.
4.) Chop the cilantro while you wait.
5.) Add tomatoes and tomatillos.
6.) Boil for another 5 minutes.
7.) Turn off pot.
8.) Chop stems off of the jalapeņos.
9.) Add ingredients to the blender with the cilantro and salt and blend.
10.) Put in a bowl.
11.) Add a little more chopped cilantro.
12.) Mix it up in the bowl and let cool before putting in the refrigerator.
