2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls (the sheets work well too)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 can artichoke hearts
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Separate dough into 4 rectangles and place crosswise in a lightly greased 15 X 10 jelly roll pan. Press onto bottom and push up sides of pan to form a crust, pressing perforations and seams together with fingers to seal.

In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and salad dressing mix. Stir in artichokes and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Spread mixture on the crust. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and paprika.

Bake 10 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm.
