1 large bottle generic Italian dressing, may need more depending on how much meat your using.
1 to 2 tbsp. Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce
1 or 2 onions sliced
1 gallon size zip lock bag

Pico De Gallo:
3 large tomatoes or 6 Roma chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 bunch green onions
1/2 c. chopped cilantro leaves
2 serrano peppers chopped
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice (optional)
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour dressing & soy sauce into bag. Add chicken and onions. Refrigerate & marinate several hours or overnight, turning bag frequently. If using skirt steak, you might want to marinate in a cake pan. Take meat & onions out of marinade, may want to brush some on top of meat. Cook on the grill or oven, then slice into strips. Pico De Gallo: Mix all ingredients & taste to see if it needs more salt. Refrigerate. Put cooked meat & onions on flour tortilla with your favorite guacamole, & top with the Pico De Gallo.
