1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 softened stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup of ripe mashed banana
1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Mix together sugar, butter, and eggs in large bowl until creamy. Now add all remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.

Spread this mixture onto a buttered 11"x15"" baking sheet with sides.

Bake 22 to 25 minutes. Check like you do a cake. Be careful not to overcook.

Frost with cream cheese frosting that follows:

4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk

Mix the above ingredients together until creamy. Frost after banana bars are completely cooled. Try not to eat the entire batch yourself!!!!!
