1 lb white navy or northern bean
6 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic diced tiny
1 med onion chopped fine
1 more chopped onion
2-4 oz cans chopped mild green chiles
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cups diced cooked chicken breast

Soak beans overnight then drain & cover with fresh water & cook til almost done. Rinse almost all of the water & add chicken broth, garlic & onion, simmer 3 hrs. then add the onion, chiles, cumin, cloves, cayenne pepper, cooked & diced chicken. let simmer 1 more hr.
