3 1/2 lbs Van Camps Pork and Beans, drained
1 1/2 C brown sugar
2 tea dried mustard
3 strips finely diced bacon, raw
1 C ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in an oven-safe dish. Bake uncovered at 325 for 2 hours. Drizzle the top with a little more ketchup and bake for another 1/2 hour. You may add other ingredients such as pepper or molasses, but the key is in the baking time!
Serves a large family. Prep time 3 hours.

This is a recipe from Andy Hasley and he says if you serve friends that don't like these beans served up with beer, ham, or burgers or chops, with potato salad, veggies, sour kraut, and other stuff, get new friends!!!
