1 medium onion diced & sautéed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk 13 oz
1/4 tea celery salt
1/4 tea oregano
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 T chopped pimientos
2 C cooked & diced turkey or chicken
2 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 4 or 5 oz jar mushrooms

Mix all the ingredients together with 8 - 10 oz cooked vermicelli (spaghetti) Sprinkle with 1/4 C Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 min or until heated through at 350.Six servings prep time 30 min
