1 red onion & green pepper diced
1 can black beans & 1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
2 tomatoes diced or one or two cans diced tomatoes
1 can sweet or frozen corn
juice of one lime
diced avocado
chopped fresh cilantro
finely chopped jalapeņos (optional)
1 tea garlic salt
1 tea dry cumin
Pinch or two of sugar
Pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips. This makes enough for a large crowd. Prep time about 30 min.
