14 slices white or wheat bread- cut crusts and halve diagonally
2 sticks margarine-melted
1 lb. Velveeta cheese- cubed
4 eggs
1 pt. milk
1 heaping tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt*
optional: 1 slice of cubed ham (eliminate salt)

Directions:

Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, sugar, and salt.

Dip bread halves in melted margarine and make layers (bread, cheese, ham, ending with cheese) in a deep casserole dish. Cover with milk and egg mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate overnight (preferred) or cook immediately.

Bake at 300º for one hour.
