4 egg yolks, 1 graham cracker pie crust (preferably homemade), 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup key lime juice, fresh squeezed preferred or store bought.

Beat egg yolks, add condensed milk, add lime juice. Pour into pie shell and chill refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with cool whip or whipped cream when serving.
