Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (Donna changed to using liquid margarine. Just squirt over bread.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 slices cheddar cheese (we use shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the amount you want)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Diced ham - maybe 1 1/2 c.
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
4 slices American cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Put half of the bread slices in the bottom of pan. Cover with ham and half of cheddar cheese & American. Top with the remaining bread. Beat remaining ingredients with mixer, or blender, and pour over the top of bread layers. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool uncovered for 20 minutes.
Make this the night before and refrigerate. It also freezes great. Thaw out before baking, although I have taken from freezer to oven. It will take about an extra 30 minutes to bake.

I make this every year for Christmas morning with Monkey bread. No calories here!
Donna & Marv made this at the Colony Restaurant for their Sunday Brunch.
