1 yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4c. oil
3/4c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3c. sugar

Directions:
In a small dish mix the cinnamon & sugar together.
Spray bundt pan with pam. Sprinkle the cinnamon & sugar all over in pan, coating sides & bottom. Shake pan to loosen excess & dump it in dish. The remaining mixture add to cake mix.
In mixer bowl add all ingred. including cinnamon & sugar. Mix for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour into pan & bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 10 min. & invert onto cooling rack.

This is one of our favorites. Sweet but not the intense sweetness of a cake with frosting. It has kind of a custard taste.
