3 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. or more chili powder
1/2 large onion chopped
1/2 large green pepper finely chopped
1 1/2 cans chili beans (I use at least 2)
1 1/2 cans kidney beans (I use at least 2)
3 small cans tomato paste
3-4 cans of water. Use empty bean can for water. Start with 3 cans of water add more if needed.

Fry ground beef until it starts browning & then add onions & green peppers. Cook a few minutes then add remaining ingredients. Cook until it starts to boil then reduce heat to low and cook 1 or 2 hrs.
