1 Heaping cup of sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Egg yolks sprinkled with a little salt. Keep whites for meringue.
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup of raisins

Mix above and cook until it boils, stirring on med. heat. Continue cooking for about 5 min. or so until it thickens. It should coat the spoon. Pour into a lightly baked 8 inch pie shell. You will need to 1 1/2 times or double recipe for 9 inch pan. Spread meringues on top and brown @ 350º for about 15 min.

Mom mixed up her filling, but didn't cook it, the night before and refrigerated it. She said it helped to soften & plump the raisins. She also lightly browned the pie crust the night before too.
