3 small or 2 large avocadoes, peeled and chopped.
One tomato, seeded and chopped.
Lemon juice to slow the browning of the guacamole.
To taste, add: coriander, salt, pepper, crushed garlic or garlic salt/powder.

Combine everything except tomatoes. Smash and stir. Kate says to leave some avocado chunks for a more homemade appearance. Stir in tomatoes.

Amy's all-time, New Mexican favorite. Kate (Hasley) Hoch gave this recipe to me when she lived in Albuquerque back in the early 1990's. I have never tasted a better guacamole than Kate's. I make this guacamole every week.
