When I read the Peanut Butter cookie recipe submitted by Sally, it reminded me of the time Clifford made a batch.They were his all time favorite cookie, so he decided he'd try his hand at baking them. I'm not sure what recipe he used because he was on his own....he didn't want any help. Every thing went fine but he couldn't figure out why the cookies were so big. They were huge! We decided, when the directions said to form dough into balls and flatten them on a baking sheet, he made the balls the size of baseballs! The cookies were the size of a saucer, but they sure were delicious.
