16 oz. package macaroni cooked and drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
24 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
dash of mustard


Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine all other ingredients together.
Add macaroni and stir well. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Add more cheddar cheese to the top to make it really good!

Bake 350º for 45 - 50 minutes. Serves about 14.

Joyce made this one Easter when I was in high school. I have never had a better macaroni and cheese since then!! Every Christmas this is what I'm expected to bring for Eddie's family gathering. It's really good!!
